December 20th, 2010I would recommend checking out my flickr page for more of my projects (I’m a little busy right now). But I have been making some custom PCBs, playing with some interactive video, and dabbling in ultracapacitors.

What method are you using to etch your PCBs these days?

Those were Toner transfer (Using the fancy kit from digikey with a thermal laminator). I recently made some using cut vinyl as a resist, they worked quite well but I have only tried those down to SOIC (I have made Toner Transfer boards with TSSOP power pad packages)

I was using good old toner transfer (but with the fancy paper and thermal laminator). But I have some new methods in the works now that I have access to a laser cutter!
