I would recommend checking out my flickr page for more of my projects (I’m a little busy right now). But I have been making some custom PCBs, playing with some interactive video, and dabbling in ultracapacitors.

Those were Toner transfer (Using the fancy kit from digikey with a thermal laminator). I recently made some using cut vinyl as a resist, they worked quite well but I have only tried those down to SOIC (I have made Toner Transfer boards with TSSOP power pad packages)
I was using good old toner transfer (but with the fancy paper and thermal laminator). But I have some new methods in the works now that I have access to a laser cutter!
